Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the date of the conclusion of the contract. To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us, Gerstein Immobilien, Heßstr. 56, 80798 Munich, Tel: +49 89 36008616, Fax: +49 89 36008617, info@gerstein-immobilien.de, by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post, fax, or email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but it is not mandatory. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Effects of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse all payments received from you without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which we receive notification of your withdrawal from this contract. For this reimbursement, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the initial transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you. In no case will you be charged any fees as a result of this reimbursement. If you have requested that the services begin during the withdrawal period, you shall pay us an appropriate amount corresponding to the proportion of services already provided up to the time you inform us of your exercise of the right of withdrawal, compared to the full scope of services provided for in the contract.

Notice on Early Expiry of the Right of Withdrawal
Your right of withdrawal expires prematurely in the case of a contract for the provision of services if the service has been fully performed and performance has begun only after you have expressly agreed that we may begin performance before the end of the withdrawal period, and you have acknowledged that you will lose your right of withdrawal upon full performance of the contract.
